Reservation Deposits

Hellbender Bed & Beverage is a unique property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.  To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of your stay or one night to be made upon booking your reservation. The remaining amount of your stay will be charged upon check-out along with any other applicable fees. 

Cancellation Policy

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, and your deposit will be refunded minus a $20 processing fee. In the event that you must cancel your reservation with less than fourteen (14) days notice*, shorten your stay or change the reservation dates, you will be responsible for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be issued minus a $20 processing fee. Please call us with any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation policy.

Pet Policy

We love having pets stay with us at Hellbender.  But with our 4-legged loved ones of course comes some messes.  Due to the extra cleaning measures required with pets in the rooms, a pet fee of $25 per pet, per night will be applied at check-out.  If irreparable damage occurs to items in rooms with a pet, the damaged item will be assessed with damage fees applied as needed. 

Extra Guest Policy

Upon check-out an additional fee of $15 per person, per night will be applied to your stay for each additional person (excluding infants) above the standard 2 guests. 

Check-In: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  If arriving after 8:00 PM, please call to make arrangements for your check-in. 

Check-Out: 11:00 AM.  

We are a strictly non-smoking facility. This includes all varieties of cigarettes, cigars, and vapes.
